Privacy policy, without the fine print.
We collect the least we need to answer you and to build and run your site. We do not sell your data, and we do not track you with ads.

Who we are
- Rawaq Studio in Palestine. We are responsible for the data that reaches us through rawaqstudio.com and the client portal at portal.rawaqstudio.com.
What we collect
- The application form: your name, your brand and what it does, links to your accounts, your WhatsApp number, your email if you give it, and your answers about your site such as colours, sections and content, plus your logo file if you upload one, which reaches us as an email attachment.
- Your messages with us on WhatsApp and by email.
- The client portal: name, email and mobile number, your password stored encrypted so we never see it, change requests and their attachments, invoices, and signed documents with the signature image, name, time of signing, device address and browser type.
- Technical logs the hosting server keeps automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to protect the site and diagnose faults.
- We use no analytics or advertising trackers on rawaqstudio.com.
How we use it
- To answer your application, build, run and support your site, issue invoices, prove signatures on the agreement, and protect the site from abuse.
- We do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
Who we share it with
- We never sell or rent your data.
- Providers working for us: Hostinger for hosting and email, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there, and payment gateways once enabled.
- When you open our pages, your browser connects to services that deliver fonts and code libraries: Google Fonts, jsDelivr and unpkg, which see your device address as they do on most sites.
- Public authorities, if the law requires it.
Your store's customer data
- Your customers' data and orders are yours. We process them on your behalf only to run your store, never for any other purpose, and we never contact your customers.
- On cancellation we hand them over as files and delete them after 90 days, as set out on the ownership and cancellation page.
- Your store needs its own privacy policy for your customers, and we prepare that page for you as part of the service.
Your browser and cookies
- rawaqstudio.com sets no advertising cookies. It keeps only two things in your browser: your light or dark mode choice, and a draft of the application form for 14 days so your answers are not lost.
- The client portal uses the login cookies needed to keep you signed in, and a cookie that remembers your language.
How long we keep it
- Applications from people who do not become clients are deleted after 12 months.
- Client data is kept for the length of the subscription and 90 days after.
- Invoices and signed agreements are kept for 7 years for accounting records.
- Server logs are kept briefly, according to the hosting provider's settings.
Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the site and the portal, encrypted passwords, access to data limited to Rawaq's owner, and regular backups.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, for deletion unless the law requires us to keep some of it such as invoices, or for us to stop contacting you. Message us and we reply within 14 days.
Children
- Our services are for business owners, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Updates to this policy
- We update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes, and tell clients about any material change. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.
