Terms of service, in plain language.
These terms govern your Rawaq subscription, together with the ownership and cancellation page. We wrote them to be read, not to hide anything.

Definitions and acceptance
- “Rawaq” or “we”: Rawaq Studio in Palestine. “The client” or “you”: the brand owner who subscribes. “The site”: the website or store we build and run for you.
- These terms apply to every subscription together with the ownership and cancellation page, and bind once you sign the subscription agreement in the client portal or pay the first subscription, whichever comes first.
- If anything here conflicts with the ownership and cancellation page, that page prevails.
What the service covers
- A design made for your brand, the build, and an Arabic dashboard where you add products, stock and photos yourself.
- Hosting, the security certificate (SSL), backups, updates and security, orders delivered to you on WhatsApp and by email, connection to a local payment gateway when it is ready, registering the site in Google Search Console, and support.
- We upload your products at launch from an Excel sheet we prepare for you, design a professional logo for you at no charge if you have none (delivered as SVG and PNG, and yours to keep), and do basic edits on product photos (cropping, matching sizes, brightening, cleaning the background of the main photos).
- Not included: product photography, writing long content, running ads or social accounts, mobile apps, and domain and payment gateway fees.
- We choose the tools and hosting the site runs on (currently WordPress and WooCommerce on Hostinger servers) and may change them as long as the service does not get worse.
Delivery and change requests
- We deliver within 2 to 7 business days of receiving all the content. Very large stores get a timeline agreed at acceptance. Two rounds of changes before launch.
- After launch: 10 change requests a month through the client portal. A request is a design or content change taking up to about an hour of work, and unused requests do not carry over.
- Adding products and editing their prices and stock from the dashboard are not change requests.
- Work that takes days, such as a complex booking system or a full redesign, gets a separate quote and timeline and does not start before your written approval.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver the content within 48 hours of signing. If content arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same delay.
- Own the content you send (photos, logo, text) or hold the right to use it, and take responsibility for it.
- Keep the products, prices and policies on your site accurate, and fulfil, deliver and exchange your customers' orders.
- Follow the laws that apply to what you sell and how you deal with your customers.
- Keep your dashboard and portal logins private, and tell us at once if you think someone else used them.
Acceptable use
- We do not build or host anything unlawful, anything that infringes others' rights, misleads or defrauds customers, or incites hatred, and no malware or spam.
- If the site breaks this, we ask you to fix it, may hide the offending content at once when necessary, and may end the subscription under the ownership and cancellation page.
Intellectual property
- Your content is always yours. The site's design, code and settings belong to Rawaq, and you may use them while the subscription runs.
- We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Payment and prices
- The subscription is ₪399 a month or ₪3,990 a year, with no setup fee, counted from the day the site launches. Prices are in shekels.
- Payment is by bank transfer for now, and by card when available, with an invoice for every payment. The yearly plan is paid in advance.
- If we change the price, we tell you in writing 30 days ahead and it applies from the next period. A paid yearly plan keeps its price until it ends.
- Late payment, the free week, the 75% refund and cancellation are set out on the ownership and cancellation page.
Availability and backups
- We work to keep your site up at all times, but it may be down briefly for maintenance or for failures beyond our control, such as the hosting provider, the network or power. We announce planned maintenance in advance when we can.
- We take regular backups and restore the site from the last good copy after any failure.
Third-party services
- Domains, payment gateways, WhatsApp and delivery companies are third-party services with their own terms and fees. We help you connect them, and are not responsible for their failures or decisions.
Limits of liability
- We deliver the service with professional care and do not guarantee a particular business result, such as a number of orders or sales.
- We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. In any case our liability does not exceed what you paid us in the three months before the incident.
- This does not limit our liability for intentional harm or gross negligence.
Electronic signature and notices
- Signing the agreement in the client portal binds you like your handwritten signature. We keep your name, the time of signing, your device address and a digital fingerprint of the agreement text with it, so any later change to the text shows.
- Written notices, such as cancellation, reminders and changes to these terms, are valid on WhatsApp or the email address we have on file.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. We tell clients about any material change 30 days before it applies, and anyone who does not accept it may cancel before then with no further obligation. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.
Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine. We try to settle any disagreement amicably within 30 days of written notice; if that fails, it goes to the competent courts in Palestine.
