Ownership and cancellation, in plain language.

These terms apply to every Rawaq subscription, and they are the same ones written in the agreement you sign before we start.

What you own

Your content is always yours: texts, photos, logo, products, customer data and orders.
If you cancel, we deliver it as files (photos, and a CSV of products, orders and customers) within 7 business days of your request.
The domain is registered in your name with its login details in your hands.
Payment accounts are in your name, and your customers’ money never passes through Rawaq.

The site’s design, code and configuration belong to Rawaq and work for you while the subscription is active. The site is a subscription service and is not sold.
Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are part of the service.

₪399 a month or ₪3,990 a year, no setup fee, counted from launch day.
The yearly plan is paid up front with a written reminder 14 days before renewal.
An invoice for every payment, by bank transfer, and by card once available.
Domain and gateway fees are paid in your name to the provider.
Late payment: a written reminder 7 days after the due date, and suspension on an announced date after 14 days under section 6.

For the first five clients: the site launches on a temporary address for seven days, and on day eight the subscription starts automatically under the agreement unless the client cancels in writing before day eight, in which case the site stops at no charge.
After the first five: the first month is paid, and if the client cancels in writing within 7 days of launch we refund 75% of the first payment within 14 business days. This applies to the yearly plan too.
Orders received during the free week are handed to the client even if they do not subscribe.

At any time by written notice (WhatsApp or email) before the next payment date, with nothing charged after that.
Yearly: no refund for the rest of the year, and the site keeps running to the end of the paid period.
Rawaq may end a subscription with 30 days’ written notice if the site is used for content that breaks the law or others’ rights, with the content delivered under section 1.

The site stops on an announced date behind a neutral “This site is temporarily paused” page, and we never message your customers.
We keep the site for 90 days and restore it the same day if the subscription is renewed. After 90 days the site is deleted for good, after your content is delivered.

10 change requests a month, each up to about an hour of work, with no carry-over. Adding products, prices and stock from the dashboard does not count.
Work that takes days gets a separate quote and timeline and starts only with written approval.

Rawaq: a reply within 24 hours on business days, delivery in 2 to 7 business days from receiving all the content, and updates, backups and protection for the life of the subscription.
The client: content within 48 hours of signing, content they own or are licensed to use, accurate product and price data, and compliance with the laws that apply to selling their products.
