Rawaq builds websites and stores only. Product photography, ads and social media management, mobile apps, and complex booking systems are outside what we offer. If you need one of them, we will tell you when you apply.

Do I own the site?
All your content is yours: texts, photos, logo, products and customer data, delivered as files if you cancel. The design and code are a service from Rawaq that runs while your subscription is active, and they are not sold. The domain is always in your name.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time by notice before the next payment date, and nothing is charged after that. The site stops on an announced date behind a neutral page, we keep it for 90 days, and it comes back the same day if you subscribe again. We never message your customers.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 7 business days depending on the size of the site, and the clock starts when we receive all the content. For very large stores we agree the timeline at acceptance.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You add products, photos and stock from an Arabic dashboard, and we send you a short guide. Anything bigger is a change request we handle.
