Design and build
- A design made for your brand, as a store or a showcase site, in Arabic or Arabic and English.
- As many pages as your site needs.
- All your products uploaded at launch from a spreadsheet we prepare, with photos and options.
- A simple text logo at no charge if you have none.
- Basic edits to product photos: cropping, matching sizes, brightening, and cleaning the background of the main photos.
The store
- Unlimited products, up to 7 photos per product, and options such as colour and size under each product.
- An Arabic dashboard where you add products, stock and photos yourself, with a short guide.
- Every order opens a ready WhatsApp message for the customer, is saved in the dashboard, and reaches your email.
- Cash on delivery from day one, and card payment once you open a payment gateway in your name.
Operations
- Hosting, SSL certificate, backups, updates and protection.
- Registration in Google Search Console so the site shows up in search results.
Support
- 10 change requests a month.
- A reply within 24 hours on business days.
What it does not include
- Product photography and long-form content writing.
- Ads and social media management.
- Mobile apps.
- Domain fees and payment gateway fees. You pay them directly in your name, and we handle the connection and setup.
What a change request is
Any change to the design or content of the site that we carry out and that takes up to about an hour of work: swapping a photo or banner, editing a page, adding a section.
Adding products and editing their prices and stock is not a request, because you do it yourself from the dashboard at any time. Unused requests do not carry over to the next month.
Work beyond the plan
Anything that takes days rather than an hour, such as a booking system with time slots, staff and prepayment, or a full redesign after launch, gets a separate quote and timeline. We do not start extra work before you approve its price.
The first five clients use their site for a full week before the first payment.
We build the site and launch it on a temporary address, and you use it for seven days. On day eight the subscription starts automatically under the agreement and we connect your domain, unless you cancel by message before day eight. Then the site stops and you pay nothing.
After the first five clients
The first month is paid, and if you cancel within the first week after launch we refund 75% of it.
Payment
- Bank transfer. The account details come with the invoice, and automatic card payment will be added later.
- An invoice for every payment.
- The yearly plan is paid up front, with a written reminder before renewal.

Cancel any time by notice before the next payment date, and nothing is charged after that. The site stops on an announced date behind a neutral page, we keep it for 90 days, and it comes back the same day if you subscribe again. We never message your customers.
