The steps are the same for every client. What changes is the build time, and that depends on the size of your site.

We read your application and reply on your WhatsApp with a clear yes or a polite no. We take on a limited number of projects each month.
24 hoursAgreement
You receive the subscription agreement as a link, read it and sign it from your phone, and a signed PDF goes to both sides. We do not start building before the signature.
From your phoneContent within 48 hours
You send us the logo, photos and prices, and your products in a spreadsheet we send you ready to fill. If the content is late, your slot moves to the next available date.
48 hoursBuild in 2 to 7 business days
The clock starts when all the content is in. You get updates and screenshots in a WhatsApp group every 24 to 48 hours, and two rounds of changes before launch. For very large stores we agree the timeline at acceptance.
2 to 7 business daysLaunch
We launch the site, connect your domain in your name, activate the SSL certificate, and register the site in Google Search Console. For the first five clients, launch day is day one of the free week, and the site stays on a temporary address until the subscription starts.

10 change requests a month through the client portal, answered within 24 hours on business days. You add products and stock yourself from the dashboard at any time.

What we need from you before the build
- Your logo in a clean format (SVG or PNG with a transparent background), or we make you a simple text logo.
- Product photos, up to 7 per product.
- The product spreadsheet we send you: name, price, options, stock, short description.
- Text for the basic pages (about, exchange policy, delivery), or short notes we write up.
- The WhatsApp number for orders, and an email address for order notifications.
- Your domain if you have one, or we register one in your name.
