Can customers pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery works from day one. Card payments are added once you open a payment gateway in your name, and we connect it.
How do orders reach me?
The customer taps a button that opens a ready WhatsApp message with the order number, items, total and address. You also get an email, and the order is saved in your dashboard.
Can I add products and change prices myself?
Yes, from an Arabic dashboard: products, photos, prices and stock. That does not count as a change request.
What platform is the store built on?
