Most launch delays do not come from the code. They come from waiting on content: a missing photo, a price not decided, an exchange policy nobody wrote. Prepare these seven things and your store launches in days, not weeks.
- Name and logo: if you have no logo, Rawaq designs a professional one for you as part of the subscription. If you have a file, send it in the best quality you have (SVG or a large PNG).
- Product photos: shoot near a window in daylight, on a plain background, from the same angle for every product. At least three photos per product; a phone is enough. Avoid heavy filters.
- The product sheet: an Excel or Google Sheets file with the name, price, category, sizes, colours, quantity and a short description for every product.
- Delivery: the areas you deliver to (West Bank, Jerusalem, the 48 areas) and the price for each, the delivery time, and the order value above which delivery is free, if you want one.
- Payment: start with cash on delivery. Card payments need official papers with the payment company, so decide whether to open them now or later.
- Exchanges and returns: how many days, on what conditions, and who pays for delivery. A clear written policy builds trust with new customers.
- Contact and story: the WhatsApp number that receives orders, your reply hours, and three or four lines about your brand and how it started.
What next?
With these ready, a complete store can launch within 2 to 7 business days. Rawaq’s application form asks for these details step by step, and saves what you wrote so you can finish later.
